About RAM Gallery
RAM gallery is an exhibition space for visual art, crafts and textile art. It is funded by an annual support from the Arts Council Norway.
The gallery was founded in 1989 by the Society of Fine Art Photographers, KORO, Norwegian Textile Artists, and The Norwegian Association for Arts and Crafts. The latter two organizations are still represented on the gallery’s board of directors, but do not support its operation financially.

Opening hours: Wednesday- Friday 12 noon. to 5 p.m.; Saturday - Sunday 12 noon to 4 p.m.
The gallery chooses exhibitors in general on its own initiative, but it also considers individual applications to a limited number of open viewing sessions. Projects must be adapted to fit the specific setting of RAM gallery.
To apply for exhibition space, please submit:
- curriculum vitae
- 10 pictures of work (if this is a relevant medium)
- 1-2 page description of project
Only applications by email.
Applications are considered once a year.
The last round of assessment was 10/12/2015.
